QRpass Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the online sale of electronic tickets (“e-tickets”) through the QRpass Platform (accessible via https://qrpass.io and its associated domains or subdomains), operated by Miltema OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (hereinafter “QRpass”).
By purchasing an e-ticket via the Platform, the buyer (hereinafter the “Customer”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
QRpass provides a technical sales platform that enables Customers to purchase e-tickets for experiences, museums, attractions, galleries, and similar leisure services offered by independent third-party merchants (“Merchants”).
QRpass acts solely as a sales intermediary on behalf of the Merchant. QRpass itself does not provide, operate, or control the services, events, or experiences for which tickets are sold.
The Merchant is fully responsible for:
- the delivery, quality, and content of the service,
- the fulfilment and operation of the experience
- and compliance with all applicable laws
QRpass is not accountable for the performance, accuracy, safety, availability, or fulfilment of the Merchant’s service.2. Ticket Information and Prices
- The description, content, and conditions of each service are displayed on the service selection page and are provided by the Merchant.
- The prices shown include all applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise specified.
- Any additional service or processing fees are clearly displayed before checkout.
- The total purchase price, including all mandatory costs, is shown prior to payment confirmation.
QRpass and Merchants reserve the right to correct typographical or technical pricing errors.
If a pricing error results in an incorrect charge, the Customer will be notified and fully refunded.3. Ordering and Payment
- To purchase an e-ticket, the Customer selects the desired ticket(s), fills in the required details, and completes payment using one of the secure payment methods offered on the Platform (such as credit/debit card, bank link, or other integrated solutions).
- The sales contract becomes effective once the payment has been successfully processed.
- After successful payment, the e-ticket is automatically issued and sent electronically (usually within minutes) to the email address provided by the Customer.
QRpass is not responsible for undelivered tickets caused by incorrect contact details or spam filters.4. Delivery and Use of E-Tickets
- E-tickets are delivered exclusively in digital form (containing a unique QR code).
- The Customer must present the valid e-ticket — printed or digital — at the venue or entry point.
- Each ticket grants access only as described on the ticket (date, time, validity period, and service conditions).
- Tickets may be scanned and validated once; duplicated or modified tickets are invalid.
- Venue staff or the Merchant may require proof of identity to verify the ticket holder.
5. No Withdrawal or Cancellation Rights
By confirming the purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The e-ticket grants access to a leisure service with a specific or immediate performance period, as defined by EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(l)), and therefore
- The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
QRpass and the Merchant do not accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds once the purchase is completed, as ticket validity begins immediately after payment.
Refunds may only occur if:- a technical error resulted in duplicate or failed transactions, or
- the Merchant cancels the service.
In such cases, the Merchant will refund the Customer using the same payment method within 7 working days after authorization.6. Responsibilities of QRpass and the Merchant
Merchant responsibilities:
- The Merchant is solely responsible for ensuring that the advertised service is delivered as described, meets applicable quality and safety standards, and complies with all legal requirements.
- Any changes, postponements, or cancellations of the service are managed directly by the Merchant.
QRpass responsibilities:- QRpass is responsible for maintaining a secure and reliable ticketing platform, processing payments via trusted partner providers, and delivering e-tickets to Customers.
- QRpass is not liable for cancellations, service content, on-site access, or any dissatisfaction with the Merchant’s service.
- QRpass’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the e-ticket transaction processed on the Platform.
7. Complaints and Customer Support
If the purchased service is not delivered or is significantly different from its description, the Customer should:
- Contact the Merchant directly using the contact details provided on the ticket or service page.
- If the Merchant fails to respond within a reasonable period, the Customer may contact QRpass support (support@qrpass.io) to request mediation.
QRpass may assist in forwarding the complaint but cannot independently decide on refunds or compensations related to the Merchant’s service.8. Marketing Communication
QRpass may send transaction-related messages (such as ticket confirmations or service updates) without separate consent.
Promotional or marketing emails are sent only with the Customer’s explicit consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
9. Dispute Resolution
If the Customer has a complaint about the platform operation, they should first contact support@qrpass.io.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Customer may contact their national consumer protection authority within the European Union.
The contractual relationship between the Customer and QRpass is governed by European Union law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the Customer’s country of residence.
10. Final Provisions
- By completing payment, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and acknowledge that the purchase is non-refundable and not subject to withdrawal.
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
- QRpass reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply.
